Any item may be exchanged for store credit (unless
item has manufacturer's defect) provided it is:

1. Still in the original packaging
2. In sellable condition
3. Is accompanied by a receipt

Absolutely no returns can be accepted on herbs or
earrings.

Mail order items may be returned and purchase price
refunded to the customer minus shipping and handling
fees.

In the event that an item suffers a manufacturer's
defect, every attempt will be made to replace the item
with an identical one.  If this is not possible,
purchase price will be refunded.

Addendum for mail order: items will be shipped with
appropriate level of insurance unless we are
instructed otherwise.  Where Faeries Live warrants
that items are intact and whole at time of shipping
and any claims for damages must be made with the
carrier.
