The Fine Print.

Please note that vendors are subject to a jury process and organizers reserve the right to refuse table/space to vendors whose wares that they feel are not appropriate to the venue. Only vendors specializing in Pagan oriented products will be considered for entry into this event. If you pay your vendor fee online and are subsequently informed that your wares are not suitable for this event, your table fee will be refunded in full.

By clicking "I Agree", you acknowledge that you will hold harmless Pagan Pride Day and its the organizers for any damanges or losses that may be incurred by your participation in Edmonton Pagan Pride Day 2011.

Edmonton Pagan Pride Day 2011 does not guarantee sales and absolutely no refunds for table fees will be issued after midnight on September 23, 2011.

Setup time for vendors begins at 10am on Saturday. Vendors not on site by noon Saturday will assumed to be "no shows" and their table space may be given away to others. In this case, no refund will be issued.
