Oils

Essential oils are the pure essence of the plant distilled into liquid form. Pure essential oils, although a natural product, can have very powerful effects and should never be used undiluted on skin. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have medical issues such as epilepsy or severe allergies to plants related to the oils you intend to use, we strongly recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Some of our oils come pre-mixed with jojoba oil (technically a wax with a long shelf life that is liquid at room temperature). If an oil is pre-mixed, that fact will be indicated beside the name of the oil, as well as the percentage of pure oil in the mix.

Spell oils are proprietary oils that can be a mixture of a variety of other oils including essential oils, fragrance oils, olive oil, and other things. Ingredients in the spell oils (if known) will be listed.

Uses for oils include:

Adding to the bath
Wearing (if appropriate) as perfume or cologne
Annointing oneself before ritual
Making a floor wash
Rubbing onto spell candles before burning them
Adding to sachets or poppets to intensify spell effects
Burning in an oil burner for aromatherapy effects
